Spot Weld Sealant
This group of products is based on synthetic rubber polymers designed to be pasty and injectable at ambient temperature and cured at temperatures between 150 and 200 degrees Celsius. After curing, it has rubbery and elastic properties and is used to control engineering tolerances in design. This product is designed in two groups: foaming and non-foaming. It has high adhesion and good conductivity properties, is weldable, and is used in welding joints with high resistance to ignition. Nano materials are used in this product to improve rheological properties, and due to its good resistance to washing and fluidity, it is widely used in body building lines and covering engineering tolerances in automotive design.
Application
This mastic is used at the metal body interface in the stirrups, columns, and joints of two or more metals where the joining operation is performed by welding.
