Foaming Butyl Sealers
This product is designed in two forms: tape and dimensional, with curing and foaming properties to cover gaps and engineering tolerances. This product, with its foaming ability of at least 50 to 200 percent, prevents the parts of the body where the collision of metal surfaces causes abnormal noise in the passenger compartment. Due to its improved mechanical and chemical properties during installation and after heat treatment, it has suitable properties, including adhesion to oily metal before and after heat treatment, suitable shear tensile strength and corrosion resistance, and control and reduction of distortion at the connection point.
Applications
This product has excellent adhesion to oily surfaces and is resistant to washing in the body shop and is used between the body metal and the metal retaining parts in the side doors, engine door, trunk door, and roof. Given the dimensions and shape designed for the parts, it is suitable for use at the installation site in the car body shop.
