Magnetic and Magnetic Adhesive Bitumen Damping Pads
This product group is based on bitumen and ferromagnetic materials with properties that control vibrations entering the vibrating plates in different installation positions. It prevents the occurrence of abnormal noise due to the vibrating plates. Considering the occurrence of vibrations from the paths of the side doors, roof, engine door, trunk door and wheel housing, this product is designed in two types: magnetic and adhesive magnet with the degree of magnetism appropriate to the installation location. Magnetic insulators can be installed in positions with angles higher than 45 degrees to inverted positions, and after passing through heat treatment furnaces, they will have a proper connection with the body and have good anti-vibration properties with appropriate damping properties.
Application
Due to the installation of magnetic insulators at angles higher than 45 degrees to negative angles and inverted positions, it is installed on the body metal. This product group is mainly installed on the side doors, side panels, passenger compartment foot tray, roof and wheel housing to control vibrations.
