Fusible Damping Pads
This product group is based on bitumen and synthetic rubber materials with properties that control vibrations entering vibrating plates in floor installation positions and angles of less than 30 degrees, to control vibration and prevent abnormal noise caused by vibrating plates. These parts, due to their design resistance to heat, shrinkage, and thermal shock, and their adaptability to engineering shapes and design angles in the vehicle body, have wide application in vibration control after heat treatment. In addition to the automotive industry, this product group is used in other industries such as home appliances and the construction industry to control vibrations.
Application
Bitumen insulations in the car body are installed on the ED plate of the car body on surfaces with an angle of less than 30 degrees where the possibility of slipping and displacement after assembly is low. According to the installation conditions, this group of products is assembled on the floor, surfaces under the seats, the floor of the trunk and the spare tire storage area of the car.
Key features
Heat resistance
High resistance to heat loss and fluidity resistance
Good adaptability to the vehicle body
Good adhesion to the vehicle body after heat treatment
High vibration control coefficient
Flame resistance
