Body Reinforcement Composite
The body reinforcement composite is designed as a combination of an epoxy resin-based compound with a glass fiber coating. This product, with its adhesion to the body's oily sheets, heat resistance up to 200 degrees Celsius, and hardening at temperatures above 150 degrees Celsius, strengthens the body by 4 to 10 times. In addition to strengthening the metal against external stresses from vibration, it also lightens the body structure in the design and reduces fuel consumption in the vehicle. Body reinforcement sheets have good adhesion to metal after heat treatment and are highly resistant to chemical environments in the vehicle, cold, and environmental conditions.
Application
This group of products is used in single-layer and multi-layer forms in various industries, especially the automotive industry, to strengthen the body in the areas of doors, roof, fenders, side sections, and parts of the body that are exposed to vibration and environmental stress and are weaker than other areas of the body.
